Questions before you order?
Here are the answers to some of the questions we hear most often about custom apparel and bulk orders.
Do you ship custom orders nationwide?
Yes. This Ole Thing produces custom orders from our Tennessee studio and ships nationwide. Local East Tennessee customers can also request local pickup.
Can I order more than one garment style in the same project?
Yes. You can combine apparel styles in one project. Use the order builder to add additional garments, sizes and colors, and we'll review the complete order before final pricing is approved.
Can you help if I don't have finished artwork?
Absolutely. You can send a finished design, a logo, inspiration, or simply tell us what you have in mind. Basic print preparation is included, while new custom design work or complex redraws may require additional design pricing.
Do you offer screen printing and DTF printing?
Yes. We offer screen printing and Direct to Film (DTF) production. If you aren't sure which method fits your artwork and quantity, choose “Recommend the best method” and we'll review it for you.
How does bulk pricing work?
Pricing is based on the garment, total project quantity, sizes and print locations. Larger quantities can qualify for lower per-piece pricing. Your online estimate is a starting point and final pricing is confirmed after artwork, garment availability and production details are reviewed.
Can you make apparel and gifts for weddings?
Yes. We can help with bachelorette and bachelor party apparel, bridal-party shirts, getting-ready pieces, personalized drinkware, bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts, favors and other custom wedding-party items.
Can you handle large custom apparel orders?
Yes. Our private production studio is built for volume production, with capacity for more than 2,000 apparel pieces per week. Very large projects of 1,000 pieces or more receive custom volume pricing.
What can I order besides T-shirts?
Depending on the project, we can help with sweatshirts, hoodies, long sleeves, youth apparel, hats, personalized drinkware, laser-engraved items and other branded or custom products.
