TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Custom Glitter Signs
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
please refer back to description under Glitter signs
All clothing and blanket orders have a 7-14 business day turn around time - we do our best to get all orders out immediately but this timeframe allows us wiggle room in case anything happens
Returns and exchange details
- Your sign will be carefully packaged with sturdy packaging to ensure it arrives safely to your home. However, if you receive a damaged sign, please notify me immediately.
All I ask is that you email me a photo of the damaged item,
and I will immediately replace it at no extra cost to you.
If there is nothing wrong with the sign but for some reason you wish to return it. (size doesn't work where you wanted it, etc.) It may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
The buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping. After we have received the sign, the buyer will be refunded for the price of the sign (not the shipping fees).
Custom or personalized orders may not be returned.
Lost Packages: Packages not received 4 weeks after shipping date will be considered lost and will be replaced at no extra cost.
Glitter sign shipping - The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies on design and detail of custom glitter sign. I will always stay in touch via email with your order and where it is
standing as far as progress. This is to give you a better idea of when the item will be shipped as completing the project approaches. Please i ask if you have any concerns or questions to email at Jennyb@thisolething.com
Shipping
We are currently only shipping within the USA.
Your order will be shipped within 1 week from date of purchase ( excluding glitter signs) unless specified otherwise.
We ship by whichever method you choose when purchasing, and provide tracking information as soon as your package is mailed.
NOTICE: We are shipping items within the promised dates, but due to our shipping services dealing with the effects of COVID-19, packages may be delayed. Thanks for your understanding.
TAT on Mugs - please allow 7 business days ( Monday - Friday ) for mugs, tumblers, tea towels to ship
TAT on Blankets - please allow 7-14 business days ( Monday - Friday) for Blankets to ship
TAT on Wood Signs - please allow 7-14 business days ( Monday - Friday ) for wood signs to ship
TAT on glitter signs - glitter signs are a Customized order and subject to size and detail of design, with that in mind no two signs are alike and therefore an exact time of completion wont be known until order is placed. Thank you for understanding
Our signs are rustic so there may be knots and imperfections in the wood. We believe this adds beauty and makes each one unique.
Also, each sign is carefully made by hand and no two signs are exactly alike.
Please remember that color may vary due to computer monitor display differences.
